The game takes place in a suburban street on a dark night, with a swarm of zombies crowding towards the player. The living dead have made their way onto the reels as well, making up the four higher paying symbols. In addition to these fearsome creatures, symbols include 10 (a food can), J (a torch), Q (a box of bullets), K (a pair of scissors), and A (a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire). These weapons and supplies are keeping the Lone Survivor alive. 

The blood-spattered heroine with guns drawn appears as the game’s wild symbol. Her image can be one, two, three or four reels high. Other game symbols are also stacked.
