How Wild Falls 2 works

You'll spot the mine shafts built into the mountains here, but the real rewards are the golden chests that can come spiling over the waterfall. Inside is treasure that could be worth a tidy sum for the lucky player! Wild Falls is a colourful, lively slot that combines a pretty, relaxing setting with the excitement of prospecting. The game features a 5x3 reel set and 20 pay lines, which can increase to 5x5 and 40 lines with the features active. Symbols are the usual 10-A set, and lanterns, shovels and axes, mules, and the prospector character.

In addition to the standard reels, you'll see a wooden chest above each of the centre reels. These are the wild symbols, and also the scatter triggers for the bonus round! Any spin has a chance to drop one or more chests onto the reels, where it will serve as a fill-in for a standard symbol in a pay line, as well as triggering the first feature.

Rapid Re-Spins

If one or two chests are on the reels, respins are given for a chance to land more and perhaps get the feature. Respins end when three chests are present, or when no new chests result from the spin.

Gold Rush

The chests can turn gold on any spin, meaning they will contain a multiplier of 2x, 3x, 4x or 5x. These can stack for a maximum of 125x.

River of Gold Spins

Getting three chests onto the reels, either via a single spin or its subsequent respins, triggers the free spins bonus round. The triggering wilds remain on the reels. In this mode, every spin causes chests to fall, with a greater chance of landing on the reels, and multiple chests can land on the same reel. Chests may also have 2x multipliers. With every spin, chests locked onto the reels drop down on place, eventually falling away at the bottom. When no wild chests are present on the reels, the round ends. There is no limit to the number of free spins available here.

Super River of Gold Spins

This version of the bonus round can only be triggered when three chests land during the base game's Gold Rush feature. The three golden chests lock in place, with their multipliers, and the round plays much the same as the River of Gold standard version. However, every time a chest drops down the reels, its multiplier increases by one!
